This magazine primarily covers the activities of the California Nurses Association and the National Nurses Organizing Committee. But despite the fact that this magazine was concieved as an avenue for the two organizations activities to be heard, it also offers some insights about nursing and the ills that now plague American healthcare system. It its pages the reader will find true stories from the experiences of the 2.5 million registered nurses in the USA.
